Our Corporate Strategy

Our corporate strategy (CS) team works with RIAs to help optimize their business. Starting with a SWOT analysis and working through a robust RFP process to select (and integrate) strategic partners and vendors that allow the team to reach their growth goals. The CS division also serves large corporations such as broker-dealers, major insurance carriers and IMOs seeking to launch a national RIA platform. Similar to the Advisor Group, but on a much larger scale, the team works with Executive Leadership to provide education on the type of RIA to launch and identify the ideal client profile and target market.

We then focus on the build from a tactical perspective which has included projects such as:

RFP process to select enterprises custodian(s)

Platform build – including competitive pricing and service model

Identification of technology & tool partners to attract the ideal advisor

Development of Business Development process

Creation of go-to market strategy, including partnership with chosen PR firm

Organizational design to support the platform
